Mr. Ramnarain is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida, Massachusetts, and Arkansas. Aside from his prior experience as the CFO of a major Reverse Logistics company, he worked for 11 years in the Banking industry in Miami, FL. Prior to such, he spent two busy seasons as a Big 4 External Auditor in Boston, MA as well as in Miami. In all of these roles, Mr. Ramnarain spent countless hours meeting with Senior Management members pursuant to a variety of topics; functioning as the main liaison between the company and the External Auditors; developing a deep understanding of the Banking and Financial Services industries; and perfecting his extensive researching and documentation skills.
Mr. Ramnarain also spent 3 years as an Instructor for Becker CPA, the #1 CPA Exam Preparation company. He holds two Master's degrees -- the first one being a Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College and the second one being a Master of Taxation from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida.
Mr. Ramnarain completed his undergraduate work at Fordham University in New York City, where he majored in Business Administration (concentrating in Finance) while working 20 hours each week in the field of Credit Analysis at a major municipal bond insurance company.
Mr. Ramnarain's charitable work is also noteworthy as he is a Founding Forty member of the Envision Broward group within the United Way in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He also serves as a Board of Director member of the American Red Cross (Broward County chapter).
While away from the office, Mr. Ramnarain enjoys family time with Mrs. Ramnarain.
Mrs. Ramnarain is a born Missourian with a knack for marketing, having grown up with two independently-contracted computer technologists as parents. She began her career journey at only 14, writing code with her mother.
Mrs. Ramnarain is an expert at bringing people together, consistently organizing large Firm functions and acquiring client relationships. Mrs. Ramnarain also handles contract negotiations, HR/payroll services, and filling any missing roles in the company as needed. Additionally, she specializes in attaining media placements for the Firm.
Mrs. Ramnarain has a strong STEM background. She attended Graduate school at the University of Southern California, majoring in Clinical Nutrition (IFM and metabolic dysregulation focus). Her undergraduate studies were completed at Arizona State University; she remains a member of the ASU Alumni Honor Society. Mrs. Ramnarain has several years of hospital management experience and has taught Adjunct lectures at Missouri State University (covering clinical nutrition). She utilizes her background to benefit the Firm's clinical/MNT, fashion, and health/wellness clients.
In her time away from the Firm, Mrs. Ramnarain is the seated Secretary of Red Cross South Florida as well as a Director (Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives) for the same. Mrs. Ramnarain is a signed Model with 'DECO Models' and 'Slate Models and Talent.' She enjoys working alongside several large and small brands, many of which become South Florida Tax Firm clients.
Mrs. Ramnarain also loves getting lost outdoors, creating recipes with altered macronutrient distributions, alternative music - and books of every shape and size.
